Yes. Your God given right under natural law gives you the right to utter or say whatever, whenever, and where ever! Secondly, the U.S. Constitution, a man made document which is supposed to apply equally to everyone, means that the right to free speech is for everyone. However, in the politically correct, warped society of the U.S.A., a double standard has developed which gives certain races and ethnic groups more rights than others. Example: A white person using the word,"******" is labeled a racist, however a black person using the word, "cracker", "honky", etc., is acceptable, and not to be called a racist. Only white people can be racists in today's society of double standards.

By definition yes, or it wouldn't be free. When I protested Bush I was told I must go to the designated free speech zone aka a giant rectangle of firetrucks that hid us from the public, where snipers could aim at us. Ahh facism. - s

In my country, freedom of speech is for everyone. But off course, we bust a few lips from time to time if it gets out of hand...

Not according to liberals! They argue for free speech as long as their voice outshouts everyone else!
