The most beautiful (not necessarily the most thrilling) for me is Ralph Vaughan Williams' "Down Ampney" written for the text "Come Down, O Love Divine." A close second would be T. Tertius Noble's "Mauburn" written for the text "Dost Thou in a Manger Lie."
