If you have a full blown web site then you will need to purchase a Web Hosting Service, there are several out there I prefer.

Yes I agree purchase a web hosting service. And then make sure you have an FTP program like Fetch so you can access the server and upload your site. Make sure your homepage file is called "index". Its the 1st page youre gonna want people to see.
