I keep hearing about black people getting all these free handouts. I haven't gotten any. If i have some free stuff coming my way. where do I go to get it?
and why do people get mad to see other people getting the hook up?

It's ridiculous the way many blacks and whites go back and forth with claiming that each gets handouts, a free ride, a silver spoon, blah blah blah....
Just imagine if they were both right... My husband could collect from the "department of black handouts". I could collect from the "office of free white rides". And we could both go to the local Social Security Administration to collect all the silver spoons we need to make us RICH, RICH, RICH! BWAHAHAHAHA!

Liberals have it all wrong,they know so much that isn't so. The Liberal ideology is a theory , fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and which holds forth beliefs that have no basis in reality. They are Advocates of a policy that empowers a strong federal government to enslave its people with a high tax burden incident to the support of extravagant and unnecessary social programs destructive to both the work ethic among the lower class, and the incentive to innovate and succeed among the working class. The free handouts are actually for "poor people", not Black people, it just so happens that most of the people on yahoo answers have been raised to think that all black people are poor....which obviously is not the case.
As stated in a previous answer, if you don't like the Govt giving handouts to the poor, then elect a new official who supports your point of view....or stop complaining
On a side note, almost everyone eventually will go through some hard times....and you will appreciate any "handouts" you can get....so stop knocking the poor

Most of these so-called "hand-outs" are targeted at the poor. Since nearly 1/4 of the population of African Americans live below the poverty level, we benefit from the assistance. If you haven't seen the "hand-outs", then you apparently don't need them. Don't knock what is the life line for many struggling folk regardless of race. As far as free money for school, anyone who knows the system can get free money. i.e
I attended Jacksonville University (which is a private school) for 4 years with an in-state tuition at right around $16K per year. Again, that's in-state w/out room and board. My scholarship is 70%. I only had to get a loan over the span of 4 years for roughly 2 grand. The money is out there for anyone willing to get it.

Lol, you don't know how many times my family and I needed some free handouts and there were no where to be found
However, I did hear about the government having billions of dollars to give out to folks like for real estate, buying a home, and starting their own business hee hee

handouts? brother look in the other direction of handouts b/c one thing i've learned living in the US my entire life is, "nothing is free" the only handout here is the freedom to work hard so take advantage of the job opportunities you will come across. i really can't stand how ppl always hollar out they like black ppl and aren't racist... where are all these racists in real life? why don't they ever step up in person? cause they're scared! and know i'd stomp a mud hole in that Asz... friggin' idiots!

handout's huh? fine be that way this answer just cost you $7.00 to whom shall i make out the bill? funny how they never mention what the stuff is mind you, what if you don't want the stuff? you get there just to find that they have a fully loaded septic tank just for you. when do they EVER put anything worth having in a handout?

I know, I wouldn't be working 2 jobs if I was getting a handout. I wouldn't mind benefiting from from some of those special privileges in the job world too.

Seriously. Everybody claims we get free stuff but I haven't gotten anything for free. They also claim we can get a job just for being black. Hell if there's a job that I can earn 6 figures just for being black sign me up! What? There isn't one? Exactly.

Hey...first you have to quit your job. Depleat your bank account, sell off your possessions and when you have nothing left, they will help you get it all back. Seems silly, wouldn't it be cheaper to help you keep it all? lol.
Even free stuff isn't free, always a catch.
