An owl is at the top, a starling is next, then grasshoppers, then grass. Which organism has the MOST energy available to it? I thought grass at first, but then I thought that the grass might just have the most energy in it, and that the grasshoppers have the most AVAILABLE. I'm not sure, so someone who is positive please help.

You mean food chain I believe. The animal at the top gets the most energy from it's food. Example: lions eat zebras; zebras eat grass. Grass has almost no calories (energy) but zebra meat is packed with calories.
I don't like thumbs down, so I looked this up on google like the asker should have done in the first place...and I'm 100% wrong! Its the grass.

Grass
Grasshopper=10% of energy from grass
Owl= 10% of energy from grasshopper.
