ok so im in this band
and we got a gig
that we've already played at for the same ppl
ad we've got it twice(skool dance)
and it seem s like a one time thing
i really wanna stay in the band but i really dont wanna play at the skool dance again

Don't be a fool. Take the gig.
Playing the same place twice doesn't mean it has to be the same show. Thinking that it is makes you a fake. It's YOUR job to make it different. Don't cop out on that. They liked what you do, give them more. If you're not good enough to do that, don't just quit the band, quit music entirely.
Look, don't you pay ANY attention to what other people do? Have you watched American Idol, or America's Got Talent? Haven't you noticed that they get better and do more every week? Well, are you up to the challenge?
Get real, get professional, give more than you think you have. Push the envelope, surprise them, do something they don't expect.
If you didn't have something, they wouldn't have asked you back. Don't just live up to their expectations, exceed them.
You think you know everything there is about music and you're ready for the big time? Well, show them something, Rex.

are you attending the school if so think of it as something if you didn't do you wish you would've later in life dont miss a chance for some thing good since it might not be the same again
