You just need to deal with the feelings and the emotions you are going through right now, it will get a little easier each day and there will be a day here or there that takes you back to more pain, but try to move forward and remember everything happens for a reason, you may not figure it out for quite sometime but the sooner you deal with it the sooner you can get on with happier times to be had.....

I don't know how to deal with this either when i go through this. I wish there was a cure for me to not feel any pain, but that's the price we pay for feeling happiness and love. the most wonderful feelings in the world. Is there anything i can do to help?

You have a pulse girl. Heartbreak is the price of being able to love. It drives us all a bit mad. I'm not heartbroke but I'm having one terrific mental twister. If love had an on off switch it wouldn't be as sweet or ache as bad I suppose.

It is better feel. You'll be up and running before you know it. Someone will sneak under your radar and turn your world upside down---again. Who knows maybe next time it will stick.

I too have gone through that, try to do something to get your mind off the person, do you have any good DVD's? CD'S? Also write your feelings down, I have written poems about the person, or just what I felt, it helps to get it out of your system.
Best Always!

Time heals all, so they say. I turn to music. Try the works of Neil Young or Stephen Stills. Clear evidence that you're, in fact, not alone. People do understand. Try to find comfort in that.

A heart has to be broken...So we can prove to our own self that we do have the capacity to fall in love again.

Not now. but I've gone through that in the past. I dealt with it by spending as much time as possible with family and friends - anything was better than being alone for me.

First of all, I don't tell everyone my business because they just get worked up about it. Second, when my heart is broken, I... do something fun.
