I know you're not supposed to, but I chew an aspirin on the tooth that's aching for fast relief, then get to a dentist ASAP!

Slam your toe with a hammer so you'll forget about your toothache or you could just try some ibuprofen & some orajel.

First, try flossing. Sometimes debris under the gum can cause pain. Then, rinse with salt water. If that doesn't work, then try a heating pad, or some ice. Which ever feels best.

until you can get to a dentist rinse with warm salt water and get some baby teething gel and put a warm compress on it and take some Tylenol (I've felt your pain)
