i have sybot search and destory,adware 2007 which i dont think works right,cc cleaner regcure advanced windowscare v2 and window live one care

i havent had any protection on my computer since 2005
lol, and i cant rember the last time i had a virus,..
just be careful on lime wire and stuff like that
if a song is a really stupid size like 161.22 kb, when a normal song is 3000 - 4000 kb, it could be a virus.
but unlike my friend, he has updaited version of nortan, and he gets a virus every week, (dont download any porn.)
but i think you dont need much of anything, it just maked things slower

No. You should get rid of much of theis. One anti-virus programme, Windows firewall and spybot are all you need. Any more just loads the machine and can reduce security due to conflicts. Ccleaner is a good addition in case you ever have a problem with uninstalled software.

i have spybot search and destroy, lavasoft ad aware 2007 professional and the regcure program. those programs are there to help your computer. i dont to much care for windows care and windows live one care. delete those. im a computer tech.

You need a good virus software, Search and Destroy , and Adaware-7 thats really all you need.

I just use hijackthis and adaware. Usually whatever Adaware doesn't catch hijackthis does...personally, I don't think you need ALL of those. Too many will slow down your computer especially if you're letting them run in the background.
