After living in Washington DC for the past 3 years...this place takes the cake...now I'm not talking about the Federal Govt that is here, I'm talking about the local Washington DC "government", and I use that term very loosely.
Did you know it is the local Govt, not the Feds who have made Washington DC a "handgun free zone", basically allowing the criminals and gangs to control the entire city. The local politicians are to incompetent to understand that only law abiding citizens will obey the gun laws and that the criminals and gang bangers will continue business as usual.
On top of that, DC public schools are some of the worst in the Country, you never hear about it because DC is not a state, but if it were they would be ranked dead last.
DC is a disgrace to America, The Capital of the United States is surrounded by projects and slums literally blocks from the Capital Mall region...I'm ashamed to call this place our capital.

I frankly do not have the experience living in such towns known for Corruption.
I however consider Washington DC top of the list. Any place where it is a major industry to give money to officials in hopes to influence their decisions is straight up corruption to me.
I live in Las Vegas. No idea how it is now, but any place that had beginnings with an organized crime group is definitely going to have a culture of corruption. Hell, our current mayor is an ex mob lawyer.
New Orleans has a major reputation of corruption and considering how much money went missing during the Katrina incident, I say that good enough to prove how corrupt it is.

People are confusing corruption with incompetence. The DC government may be Incompetent, but it's not corrupt.
Providence RI used to be, and may still partially be controlled by the Mafia.

San Francisco - a city where perversion and corruption are the law, and where good is evil, and evil is good. A truly twisted place, straight out of the most corrupt state in the country.
Washington, DC - Pretty bad crime rates, despite being the Capital and despite it being a rich area - you'd think it'd be more exemplary.
Detroit - used to be the "Paris of the West" - no excuse for its condition today.

New Orleans. Lots of money went in there, but it still looks much like it did a year and a half ago. They also have a clueless mayor who runs around talking about making the place "A chocolate city like God intended." Good grief.

The most corrupt cities are the most liberal. Those cities have the highest levels of gang violence, banned handguns from law abiding citizens yet have the highest capitol murder and homicide rate, graffitti everywhere making all ugly, police can't do their jobs without being racist, anyone who gets busted plays the race card regardless of race, the ACLU gets all the funding it needs for their bull***t, and all liberals are living in la la land with blinders on telling the rest of us how great they are!

The first one to come to mind is New Orleans. They've made corruption an art, even before Katrina.
