Alan Greenspan has served the country well, for over 17 years, as the chief banking guru, under 4 different administrations, 3 of which were those of conservative Presidents. Now, all of a sudden, he's not to be trusted, according to the conservatives on Yahoo Answers??? How FUNNY!!!!
Listen up, you "Bushies"; if you'll just LOOSEN that harness, to which your blinders are attached, you won't have any more of those headaches, that make you act so insane and retarded!!! What did you all think, we went to Iraq for, SAND???? The degree, to which the "Sheeple" are loyal followers, simply AMAZES me!!! LOL!!!

I'm not convinced it is totally related to oil, but you can bet if there was no oil in Iraq, we wouldn't be there. Otherwise why wouldn't we have gone into Darfur? He talked about taking Saddam Hussein out before he was elected in 2000. There was already some sort of plan to topple him when Clinton was in office. I would say Bush saw his chance and took it and used old CIA reports as an excuse.

Greenspan is only telling us what his MSNBC wife, Andrea Mitchell, told him to say. The NYC elite want to run the country with Hillary at the head. May God help us.

President Bush is more believable.
Greenspan is trying to please his wife so she won't put him in an old folks home any time soon.
He was supported for years by Republicans because he was a fiscal conservative. Fear of old age and an old wife have changed his public face.

Greenspan may have been fiscally conservative, but he is a New York extreme leftist who is showing his early Alzeimers.

I find Bush more credible than Greenspan. Greenspan should be more introspective about the damage he had done to our country.

I'm more inclined to believe Greenspan! Many Americans have held this belief for some time! Not only for oil but to aid the military industrial complex! Cheney's old company is making millions out of this war also, lets not forget that!

Shameful legacy for Greenspan to go from Federal Reserve Chairman to crazed conspiracy theorist.
