Dose any one on the world like Notre Dame football? And is it ok to like football if you are a girl?

Yes, I LOVE Notre Dame football...Been a fan my whole life, with family ties all over the place to ND...and of course it is OK to like football if you are a girl...Don't let anyone tell you any different...

The reason so many people don't like Notre Dame is because they're really a professional football team. They are the only school that brings in more revenue from football than they do from tuition. They have their own tv network. They won't join a conference because they don't want to share their money and because they don't want anyone else checking that they're not cheating (they do cheat, read "under the tarnished dome"). They're in it for the money, not to benefit the students and alumni. Their stadium can hold every current student and every alumni and still have room. Most Notre Dame fans are catholics that never went to college. Also, they seem to think god is on their side. They have "touchdown jesus", and they act like if you don't like them, you're a devil worshipper. They need to get religion out of football.
Its ok to like football if you're a girl, but only if you're not a notre dame fan.

Yes, there are people who still like Notre Dame, though it seems there are just as many people who just hate Notre Dame for some reason or another.
Of course, it's okay for a girl to like football, I like football, and I'm a girl.

1. Notre Dame has one of the most respected programs in the country and its football legacy has a large and longstanding following. There are Notre Dame fans all over the country. However, they sure look awful this year. I can see them going 5-7 this year with wins against UCLA, Navy, Air Force, Duke, and Stanford. You never know with that bum offense.
2. Of course it's ok for girls/women to like/follow football.

Quiete a few of us still like our Irish. Unfortunately they have decided to take this year off from playing football. Perhaps next season, the Irish will have a team again. And Willingham will have another losing season in Washington. And it is wonderful to like football if you are a girl? Why ever would it not be?
