Does anyone know where I can learn how to do hypnosis for cheap?

What does cheap mean? I have seen some programs for as little as $8,000...However, you can actually teach yourself hypnosis on your own. For example, in California, there are no laws that regulate the use of Hypnosis. So....pretty much anyone can do hypnosis and not need a license to perform it because there is no Hypnosis licensing boards.
