all commercials by Geico get on my nerves. As much as I hate the cavemen, the CGI talking lizard is worse.
Also any commercial for any kind of prescripton medicine that thinks it needs a computer generated cartoon "mucous" monster or other CGI character to sell itself.
Thats like count chocula commercials or tony the tiger, but for old people...

A number of them, but only the Mortena (louie the fly) commercials and the old Cottee's Cordial commercials irritate me the most.
I used to love stuffing up the cordial ads when I was younger.

Yeah, that one is pretty annoying....
The one I hated was the Tide commercial about how women have been doing the laundry for years and we should only use Tide because our mothers, grandmothers and great grandmothers all used it....give me a break ! That commercial was so sexist it made me sick!! Blech!

mine is the cingular mobile commercial when the 2 people are on the phone and one says i'm pregnant and then the phone's get disconnected
