How does such a small weight break it? so wouldn't doing a handstand make every bone shatter?!?

I am so confused about that.... will someone plz explain?

wait... so if u drop a 7 lb brick it will break ur arm? but if u place it on then it won t break...

so if its going really fast then it will break ur bone... not just the weight

Force of impact. The velocity is the force,not the weight. The object used for impact must have appreciable weight but it doesn't have to be more than a pound or so. Give you an example: swords don't weigh much but using the dull edge you can easily break a man's forearm,depending on the amount of force,i.e. velocity.

It only take 3 lbs of pressure to shatter your knee... it is kinda confusing.... But that is all I can offer try putting this question under a medical category....

Hitting something is different and it all depends on how it hits and with what velocity it hits. Lots of factors.
