LOL!!!!! I was a teenager when they (there was more than one) happened. Who is filling you with this crap? Stay away from them--they lie and are trying to make you ignorant. Same for the 911 conspiracy people.

Wow - all answers are positive for a change. does this mean we are finally getting to stamp out this bogey about the moon landings being a hoax.

People who believe the hoax, just as people are stupid enough to believe 9/11 was a setup, simply haven't got the intelligence to realise the logistical impossibility of anyone creating a hoax on this scale - something that would fool thousands or even tens of thousands of intelligent and specialist people, and requiring hundreds or even thousands of people to be involved in the hoax setup.

Do you really want to be one of the half-wits who can be led by any tabloid story? Go lookup the facts for yourself, and especially, think for yourself. Most people don't know how

good lord, is this now a matter of doubt? Or worse, a history question? no, it happened, several times, and computer animation was just not that well developed in those days. We just can't do it any more, financial reasons not scientific. Hopefully though the time will come again though.....

of course they were real. is the shuttle real? were the mercury missions real? why do people keep trying to say they weren't? I think because it was a spectacular accomplishment for the time, your cell phone has more computing power than the computers they had on-board, but they got it done!

Be careful. Someone once asked that to Buzz Aldrin..and Buzz hit him. Those who risked their lives to take that giant leap don't take too kindly to challenging of one the greatest scientific and engineering performances of our time. If they didn't do it, the Russians would have debunked the program long ago since we bested them.
