Believe it or not, Bram Stoker's "Dracula" is not a romantic novel but tells a beautiful (though a bit strange) love story and, even though it was written a long time ago, it was written in a timeless fashion and is well suited to your age group.

1632 by Eric Flint. There's a beautiful love scene in it that has the quality that typical romance books lack.
