Every clock has 30 seconds it must travel down, easily each minute, and 30 seconds it must trek back up in that same minute. 30 minutes each hour is spent cruising down, and the other half hour is spent working its way back up. 6 hours each half day is spent taking the hard road back up.
Right now, you're hitting that hard road back up. persevere, for soon you'll reach the top again, and you'll look back at what you've done and be amazed at how quickly you've overcome the difficult road back.
