I accidentally left racks in my oven while self-cleaning and are now discolored. How can I restore the color?

Scrub them with a Brillo pad.:)

Put them in a large dk garbage bag, spray them with ez off oven cleaner, seal tightly and lay them in the sun for a few hours>> good luck
