Lamune
The main character - Tomosaka Kenji. He moved to this coastal town when he was a child. The sea was shining like lamune (lemonade) at that time, reflecting the sunlight of the summer. There he met a girl.
Konoe Nanami lives next door. Her room is only 1 to 2 meters away beyond the veranda. Their rooms are so close it's as if they were within their arms’ reach.
As time passes, the seasons come round, their memories are being accumulated with time. They think of their normal lives and the common relationship as precious things.
This is a view on their past relationship and how it has grown.
12 episodes. very short and very interesting

Sweet Zeus you've seen a lot (and you're cheating... some of those are only mangas!). let me see if I can add to the list...
The melancholy of haruhi suzumiya- ... it's hard to explain. You have to see it. It's not the stereotypical shojo anime, it really makes you think (and laugh). Episodes are aired out of order on purpose (the 2nd episode is technically the first), don't let the weirdness of the 1st episode throw you off! Trust me, this anime is worth a shot:

Welcome to the NHK- It's about this guy who is basically a hermit- college drop out, afraid of people- and he believes that this is b/c of a conspiracy against him from the Japanese Broadcastng Network! it's full of messed up characters and psychological analysis... it's simply amazing and hilarious:

>Senchi Lol, I'll try not to disapoint.
I'll try to list all the good ones that I remember, and give you some basic info about each of them- since you seem to want a lot of romance.
-DearS (one guy one girl): This is pretty similar to Chobits. I didn't like it that much, but a lot of people do, and if you enjoyed Chobits you'll probably like this.

-Final Approach (small harem): This is a short and sweet show that was hysterical. I love this series, and it is something you can watch in 1 day with ease.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=119
-Girls Bravo (harem): A pretty funny show, but has ecchi in it like the Onegai series if you don't like that.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=241
-Happy Lesson (harem): Kind of a weird scenario. A student's 5 teachers come live at his house and become his "moms." Romance, is a little slow, but it is definitely there, and the series runs like any other harem.

-Maburaho (small harem): I felt this was stylisticly similar to Girls Bravo in many ways (especially ecchi content). However, I liked this show better.

-Negima?! (massive harem): Most consider the remake better than the original, so watch this version instead.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1546
-Saikano (one guy one girl): Has quite a bit of action and sci-fi elements. Also very depressing at times.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=529
-Kashimashi (small harem): This has some gender bending/lesbian themes involved. Pretty cute story, and a pretty good ending in my opinion.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=667
-Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo! (one guy one girl): This is one of my favorite romances, but subs have been a little delayed for the later episodes, so you may want to wait on this one.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1588
-Welcome to the NHK (one guy one girl): This is pretty different from a lot of the other romances, but I find it hilarious.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1210
-Zero no Tsukaima (small harem): I really enjoy this series because while this is heavily a romance series, the plot outside of the romance is interesting and fun to watch as well.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1195
-Seto no Hanayome (harem, but really only one guy one girl, sort of like Ai Yori Aoshi arrangement): I think this is the funniest thing airing currently, but often times the romance takes a seat behind the humor in priority.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=2104
-Shuffle (harem): Another very good harem. This is comparable to my favorite harem (Kanon 2006), but not as sad, except for a little bit in the end.
http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=79
-School Days (harem): I love this series as well, largely because it is different from most romance. The male lead is actually a HORRIBLE person unlike the majority of others. And there are actually consequences for all of his mistakes. There is only one more episode to air, and most people are expecting him to be killed by one of the girls. I hope that this either happens, or he fixes everything that he broke.

Hope this helps!
