By being kind to one another. Treating each other with the golden rule. Giving without expecting anything in return. Doing what is right even if it means you having to go a bit out of your way to do it. Thinking about the person who will be there after you. Common courtesy. Respect for all.

I completely agree that not everyone has equal opportunity or potential. This is a tough question. I personally became truly thankful for what I have when I became very very ill my senior year in High School. I was in and out of the hospital and almost didn't make it out of that year alive, but since then I have a new appreciation and thankfulness for all that I have, even if it is just the ability to get up and take a walk. I think that there comes a time in everyone's life when they are faced with a major problem or crisis, and if/when they find a way to get past it, they have a new appreciation for their lives and all that they have. As for the jealousy, people may appear to 'have it all', but many times that is very far from the case. Good luck!

We cannot help others to reach their full human potential unless they are interested in reaching it themselves so it is best to concentrate on reaching your own full human potential, at which point you will become very attractive to others. Having said that, some eastern and western religions believe a small part of the great spirit to be located in each and everyones heart, therefore nurturing that spirit inside yourself thru for example living a blame free life or by prayer is in itself in a very significant way contributing to the collective(spirit)

I think the best thing is to make a conscious effort to say something encouraging to at least one person each morning and each afternoon.
