I've tried so many I lost count years ago. No matter what I do, or try, it doesn't seem to matter. I have been cursed with a slow metabolism. I could exercise myself to near death and it don't matter. I could totally change to a vegetarian diet and it don't matter. So I am stuck on this roller coaster. My weight is always going up and down. Right now, it seems to be going on the down side...I've lost 30 pounds so far. Wish me luck, lol.

I have never gone on a "diet", which is a bad idea if you want to lose weight and stay healthy. What you need to do is change your way of eating to something healthy, but not some weird, completely restrictive fad diet, and move around more. Eat more healthy foods like vegetables and cut back on fatty, sugar and preservative filled stuff.
If you go on some "diet" like Atkins or whatever is the big one right now, the second you go off it you're going to balloon back up.

A LOT! That's why I don't diet anymore. I just eat healthy and exercise 3-4 times a week. Exercising is hard cause I hardly have time, but a good morning walk or jog is usually what I aim for.

I did weight watchers to lose my pg pound. It worked, and I haven't gained any of the weight back--and I plan not to. I don't generally believe in diets, but for me ww gave me insight into what I was eating and why--I had to keep track of points, so before I ate anything I would first analyze it for nutritional value, how full I would feel if I ate it, and how much of this do I really need to eat in order to feel full.
