Well, I got a scratch in my ipod video, and this kid told me that he could take the scratches out of it, so I let him see it, and he ran off with it, so don't let and non-professional other than yourself or a family member you trust try and fix it if they say they know how. Sorry thats the best advise I can offer.

I used that stuff for scratches eyeglasses on the front, worked like a charm. For the metal, lightly buff it.

You can't 'remove" scratches. You can makes them less noticeable by using various methods that I don't recomend.

get insurance on your phone from your provider obviously cingular/at&t and then a week later call and say you lost it and tey will sned you a new one. once you get the new one get a case and it wont get scratched and will protect it.
