FDR
He served over 12 years and while he may have led us into WWII as Bush did in Iraq in those days there not the scrutiny that is in place toady so he got away with a bit more than Bush Did
Anyway
FDR got us out of the depression and then started us on the road to ecomic domination in the world
And Although I am a bird I don't think Lyndon Johnson was a GREAT president - NOT BAD JUST NOT GREAT
JFK was pretty boy and got us into too much trouble with Cuba and Russia He almost got us blown off the face of the earth in the Cuban Missile Crisis

Teddy Roosevelt. He fought in other countries but overall he wanted the United States to concentrate on itself and not take care of every other country.
