I would spend the next two weeks with my daughters and I would make them each a video telling them how much I love them what they've meant in my life and and I would try to answer and big questions that I thought might come up for them like when they have their first get married, have thier first child and when they choose a career. I've already written my will, living will, power of attorney and guardianship for my minor daughter. I would want to go on one last vacation with them and than I would come home to make the arrangements so that they wouldn't have to. I would want to make things as easy as possible and so that they wouldn't have to worry about not doing things like I'd have wanted them.

I find it ironic that so many people think this cant happen to them. My father in law was told this yesterday, what most people do not realize that if you are this sick you dont feel like doing crap....he has all the family coming to say their goodbyes, he is bedridden and I suppose would give anything about now to live...he can if he wants to, with God all things are possible.....do the things that mean something while you are alive. Dont take for granted your very breath, say I love you before the grave to the people you love. And thank God everyday that hopefully you will never have to hear the words...you have two weeks to live.

Assuming all the doctors say the same thing.....2 weeks is just too short for me to do all the things I'd always wanted to do. So....I would just spend all my time with my loved ones to the last moment.

2) I'd make this guy I hate cry!!
3) spend a lot of time with my family and friends
4) be with my cat, too
5) cry and weep and tell my family what the doctor said - no wait I'd move this to number three. I wanna hurt the guy that I hate cry first!!
6) cry more.
7) tell my family I love them and friends that they are the best friends in the world
8) die

Hi Josh!!!
I would not even think about it. First of all he is just a Doctor! Second of all the ONLY ONE that really knows when one will die is GOD. (Of course, that is if some one is not killed by someone else)!!!
So if a Doctor tells me that to me, I would go about my business as usual, because if I go for a second or a third opinion ; I will always have in mind that one of the Doctors is giving me the wrong diagnosis.
I don't know if this works for you but it definitely works for me!!!!
GOD BLESS YOU!!!!
A.Z.

If a doctor told me that I had two weeks to live I would tell him he is not God and cannot predict when I would die. I would otherwise live as if nothing was said and continue my belief in God.

Actually I had reason to think hard about this recently. I would go on vacation, probably scuba dive most of the time I had left.

I'd cry hysterically and fall into a depression, lamenting all of the things I'd never get to do or wanted to do differently. It's sad, but probably true. Two weeks is not long at all...
