I'm a girl who likes guys so I don't have an opinion. But I also know that a lot of things guys say about implants are only true about porn star, over the top, huge enormous implants that are as hard as an inflated beach ball. I think that a small upgrade (like from B to D) would still look really nice, and feel nice. So I think most guys who say they don't like implants are full of ****.

It is unattractive. But not as unattractive as the vanity and shallowness it implies. I don't know I don't like to generalise. If I fell for a girl and then found out she had implants I don't think it would be a problem.

that's the whole reason women have them,so they will feel "good enough" for men on the outside.Of course that really has to come from the inside to work.

its very very hypotetical.....never happened to me....anyway..
i totally dislike Silicon-breast.....to me, its a shame, to see
all these ladys "ruin" theyre bodys with that stuff.....i´d prefer
less breast instead of some "artificial" Silicon-valley....more
