When i go to print it starts printing and it prints but nothing comes out on the paper it just comes out balnk. I have full black and full color ink cartridges! please help!!

How old are the ink cartridges? They can and do dry up if inused for long periods of time.
If they are OK, then your printer is broken.

Did you get all the plastic cover off of the print head when you replaced them? May be blocking the head. Are they the right cartridge for your unit?

Troubleshoot and run a test, which are both available in your options. Visit the manufacturer's website for forum info. Uninstall and reinstall. All options for you to use.
