The eggs are well protected. You have to burn them to get rid of them. The alternative is to physically crush them and throw them away. Often, you wait until they hatch and kill the hatch-lings as you did the "parents". Good luck.

Simple, just move them. They wont hurt you. Just move the adults across your yard with a jar or something then just put the egg sacs nearby. Spiders are our firends believe it or not. Question is do you hate spiders that cant hurt you at all or the mosquitos that leave itchy annoying bites more.

Just spray the eggs off with a hose, that should wash them away.
