I have very weak signal :( .. though for some reason the weather seems to play apart.. ? Any explanation(s) additional tips ? My roof is very slanted lol by the way..

I don't feel like sitting on my roof to get signal. I dont know how far the router is from my laptop at any point or how(?) to determine this.

How far apart are the wireless router and the PC? The construction of the house does make a big difference, mostly because of the locations of metal beams, wiring, metal studs, metallic heat ducts, bathtubs, etc. As far as I know, the slant of the roof is not a factor.
Signals scatter less in cold weather because the air is dryer.
To fix your problem, you may be able to put a better antenna on the router, or on your wireless NIC. It is not possible to crank up the power on a wireless router.

I would think that its interference of some sort , rather than
a temperate issue, however you may be right , this is interesting

do you phone service,cable service,or another servoce??you did not say which one!!I would cotact your provider and report the problem
