I've been going grey since I was nine years old and have been totally grey (as elflaeda is displaying) since I was 28.
No wrinkled skin - not a single wrinkle ... no age spots .. etc.

I dyed it every six weeks for the first decade and then didn't like the result so I stopped. However, this year, I went blonde in January, dark brown in May and black last month.
My brother and sister haven't seen my this dark since I was in my 20s, I can't wait to see their reaction, especially since I've lost so much weight too.

I honestly don't know, I have a friend who was totally grey at 21, some people think grey hair is caused through worry too but its not, I'm 50 have a few grey hairs but not a wrinkle in sight, guess I'm one of the lucky ones too.

I've had white underarm hair since my teens and the hair on my head is now noticeably streaked with grey, at the age of 34. All I seem to do right now is work and study though, so I'm not surprised I'm looking older: life is more serious than it should be and I must address that.
34 is not old!
34 is not old!
(Elena C says so, so it must be true!)

It's a preconceived idea incultated in people by society.
To be honest l I find grey hair attractive on young looking women and sometimes also on some mature women.
But you are right what indicates the age generally is the state of the skin not the hair.

i started going grey at 26 and each strand of grey is a statement of knowledge and experience. there may be snow on the roof but theres still a fire in the hearth. and over the last 2 years i've set over 2000 fires, i'm not an arsonist i mean meataphorically speaking off course.

I started to dye my hair when I was fifteen to make the colour richer so I dont know when I started to get proper grey hair. I wouldnt dare go without dying my hair now though because when the roots grow it looks like some one has used my parting as an ashtray.

think its because a lot of grannies and grandads have grey hair so you grow up thinking this represents an older person, i have a few too but blonde hair covers it quite a bit, my mum was dark but went grey from the age of 17

Fashion dictate that grey hair is a sign of old age not maturity anymore, which is a shame

Well, I guess we just associate grey hair with old age but I'm sure when people look at you (before you dyed your hair) they never made that mistake!
