There's lots going on with your body. The pull-out method is EXTREMELY unreliable. The rhythm method is better than pull-out, and the rhythm method isn't a great method.
Another thing going on is hormones. Since you are having sex, it might be assumed that you are aroused and pleasured during sex. Stimulation of the breasts will encourage milk production. Your body doesn't really care from where the stimulation comes. It will produce.
There are other possibilities, but I strongly encourage a pregnancy test if you've missed your period. If your period has not been regular, then a test is definitely suggested. Further, talk with a doctor about your options regarding contraceptives/birth control. You will get pregnant again with the pull-out method if you are not already pregnant. Find another method. Think about condoms or hormonal treatments. If you are old enough and want no more children, then think about one of you being sterilized. Talk with a doctor now or keep getting pregnant. It's your choice.

You could be pregnant, I was tryig the pull out method when I got pregnant with my first. Taking a test couldnt hurt any just to see. Good luck with everything.

could be pregnant or also could be hormones changeing, after one year your body may still be recovering depending on how hard the delivery. and it may take a long time for hormones to return to normal. but it can also be a sign of pregnancy so get an hpt to be sure.

You're not necessarily pregnant. Leaking from the breasts can occur for months after you stop nursing. It can also occur for other reasons.
