My video Driver is an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series and when i want to play counter strike source it says my video driver is outdated and i dont know how to update it

If I'm Right, the Xpress series are integrated chips.
In the list
1) Pick your Operating System
2) Pick Integrated/Motherboard
3) Click Radeon Xpress 200
4) Click Go.
Download and install.

Visit http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html and tell it what operating system you have and choose your video card.
Download the software and run. Easy.
