I got this in my email today:
http://interestpanel.com/football/?lid=ip_41_prBRfoot&add_offerid=8633343&addomain=eleadstracker.com

And I was wondering if I chose to get the camera, would I really get it?

Or is it all just a scam?

Most likely a scam. They are gathering information to put you on mailing lists.

Basically what will happen is they will ask you some simple question about the NFL then they will give you all these offers that you can choose from that you have to pay for like joining a book club, or a magazine subscription. Then if you do enough of them, you might get the camera. I tried this for a free laptop and wound up being in a cosmetic club that was really expensive.

It's a scam, a consumer rip-off and they should be outlawed.

These type of sites are only after your personal information and connect you to third-party companies that will require you to jump through hoops before they give you anything.

In fact, if you read the Terms of Service agreement, TOS, on their web page they say:

"Participation in most sponsor offers requires accepting a product trial, making purchase or completing a credit application."

So on top of giving away your personal information, name, address, email address, telephone number, you have to follow all of the rules of these third-party sites too, including making you buy something first! How absurd.

On top of that your name and email address and other personal information will be spread around like wild fire to so many other companies spamming you to death.

Avoid them like the plague.

Most probably its a scam. no survey is going to reward you with a camera or anything that is near the value of it.

99.9% its a scam. Don't waste your time.

These kind of websites are what makes your spam box fill up.

Do I smell a e-mail scam?

You can always report it through the FTC.
Here's the link:

I also note in the small print that you'll not necessarily get what's advertised.

No such thing as a free lunch!

I'm not about to click that link to see. Some of them are used to spread viruses.
