Not totally. I used to HATE small talk. I thought it was unnessecary and it always made me feel uncomfortable, especially if I didn't have something in common with someone. My husband, who is an AMAZING people person, told me to just keep asking questions and listen. It pretty much works and Ihave gotten better at small talk, although I'm not the best.
