I absolutely love both boy names. Milo would be my favorite, simply because you hear it less often, but Oliver is great as well.
I'm afraid I can't be quite so positive about the girl names, however. Neither is my style, and they really don't seem as interesting or classic as your boy choices, though I do love Kay for your sister. Also, style aside, Kellyanne Quinn and Jennica Quinn would BOTH be too much K and N sounds for me (worse than the Kellyanne Kay issue you mentioned in your correction). Personally, I'd keep looking for something that worked better with your surname and was more in line with the boy names, but that's just me. Since you did ask for suggestions, maybe something like ...

Kellyanne Kay- Don't like Kellyann, why not just use Kelly as the first name and Anne as the middle? Kay is a lovely name, this would be a great first name! What about Kay Anne or Kay Isobella?
Jennica Renae- Love Jennica with the nickname Jenne and Renae is a lovely middle name!

I like your boys names a lot. But I dislike your girls names (sorry - the style is so different from the boys):

I like Kellyanne and Wyatt but none of them sound right together.
Kelly Anne Quinn-just let Anne be the middle name.

Ugh......
Jennica Kay is going to have to many "c" sounds together, and does not flow well. Try saying "Jennica Kay Quinn" five times really fast.

I prefer Kellyanne Renae together and Jennica Kay. Other than that Oliver Wyatt is my favourite. I have twins aswell. Its fun because if you and your partner each like a name you can name one each as long as the other likes it too. Goodluck.

I prefer Jennica over Kellyanne. I like both boy names. If it's one of each, I would say Jennica and Milo, only because Oliver is getting a little bit more popular.

i absolutely love the boys names...but im sorry to say that i dont really care for Jennica...its just a tad bit odd to me for some reason...i do think that kellyanne is adorable though!!
if its one of each i think that Milo and Kellyanne would be a great match...
