it would depend on your metabolism and current level of body fat. if you are talking about getting enough THC out of your system to pass a UA that would be around 30 days. if you are talking about getting all of the THC out of your body that could literally take years.

With no help from a herbal cleaner at least 60 days, probably 90 for heavy users. This is with drinking more than the recommended daily amout of water, about 8-10 12oz. servings minimum. The more u weigh the longer it takes as THC stores in your fat tissue. If you need to pass a test nothing works better than HerbalClean Qcarbo drink for urine and their mouthwash for swabs. Any GNC store will have them. I know from experience that the answer above is way off, maybe for someone who only smokes a few times but not a regular user. Most place use better test kits which can find hidden levels of whatever drug is in your system.

I wolud like to know if I smoked pot for years how long should I wait to get a hair test, if they go back 90 days?

THC, which is the substance in marijuana that drug screens detect, may be stored in your fat cells (even if you aren't fat) for weeks, months, and even years (in the case of frequent heavy smokers).
I'm hoping you're telling us that you've stopped!
