As I am often awake through much of the morning yeah I can be like a Zombie as I don't sleep much at night, not by choice. I sleepwalk at times, have conversations and have cooked a full English before. But I have fallen asleep standing up at work and chatting a few times in the past.
I could pass for a zombie during the day at times as well as when I wake up! Could be the strong pain meds I'm on, easy to be a zombie.
I think it depends on how well you sleep at night you must be one of the lucky ones who sleep well.

Lol, truthfully I require 2/3/4 spliffs bout 3 cups of tea and a knock on the door or something like that to get me up, I wake in very bad pain and very stiff, the THC gradualy lowers the pain, its not that im a lazy person its just the pain in making the first move of the day an event of its own.

I feel like a zombie until about 11am...and that's after waking up at 5:30 for work at 7am! What wakes me up is some kind of exercise...even fast walking helps me wake up. I'm usually zombie-ish on the mornings after I've stayed up too late the night before. I work full time and I'm in graduate school, so late nights are a way of life for me...at this point in my life anyway! :)

I'm a night owl, but I still go to bed early enough so I won't be TOO tired for school in the mornings. Anyway, I can stay up ALL night, and be hyper and very alert the next day.
Yeah, you probably can't stay up too late, because you're so "jolly" @ 7:30 A.M.

I'm a total zombie in the morning. It takes me forever to fully wake up but going on the computer and surfing the web usually wakes me up faster. Go figure.

Nope, I wake up 6:00 AM Monday-Friday and I'm usually wide awake 5-10 minutes after getting up.

Yes....I admit it. I am NOT a morning person. I need time to wake up. I need caffeine and quiet time with no rushing. I don't drink coffee, so it's Coca Cola! My creative juices and alertness are at their best at night. I think we get into routines if you work or have to get up. I am retired so why would I care about what time I get up?

I'm like you are. I wake up and get ready for a good day of work. But then again I like what I do. Hmmmm maybe that's why I have so much vacation time saved up....
