Try yoga or pilates! That's a fun and pretty simple way to exercise!

I identify with you.

First, learn to eat healthier. There are lots of super-healthy foods that are still really yummy.

Secondly, you have to be consuming less calories than you burn. Eating better will lower your caloric intake, but you should still try to burn more calories. You don't have to do traditional exercises. Start by trying to increase your activity level. Standup rather than sit. Walk rather than drive. Take the long way.

Thirdly, walking can be almost as beneficial as running, but not as taxing.

Fourth, and most important, don't judge your body against your friends' bodies. Each person is different and no one can make their body exactly like another persons. Our hormones and metabolisms vary, along with our genes and builds. Instead of comparing yourself to another person, seek out your healthiest weight. That's what's important.

People who are really skinny eat very little (less then 1200-1500 calories per day) and probably exercise too. You can just eat a lot less and lose weight without the exercise, but it takes longer and it will be harder.

Walk, walk, walk. It's easy and becomes addictive. And it works.
