I prefer short hair on guys, but that's who I am.

Not really, but it depends. Younger guys with a full head of hair can get away with it far better than the ones that have thinning on top. After a certain age it's not a good look. You have to have the face for it, take care of it, know when to cut it, etc.

Yes. Even when I have dated guys with longer hair, they have consistently looked better when it was cut and I have never once regretted the cutting. It also looks kinda unprofessional, depending on what your job is, whereas I can't think of a job where you can't have short hair. And most guys don't take care of it, keep it soft and conditioned, so it looks straggly and wire-like. A little hair that falls in the face is fine.

It depends.. I like it on some guys but not so much on others. Like.. Keith Urban for example. AMAZING with longer hair, not attractive wiih short hair.. Plus I think a tan helps if you're thinking about going with longer hair lol :) REALLY LONG? Not a good look at all unless you're a biker

I think long hair on guys is hot, but really long hair overdoes it. I think it looks funny when the guy has longer hair than the girl. I think shoulder length is the best.

Everyone has the right to their own style...but generally, men with really long hair just don't look right. Thats just my opinion though. So, I would say, yes...its a bad look.

no not at all. as long as he keeps it clean, keeps it trimmed and not scraggly looking i say yeah, i like it.
but each guy likes different things different styles.
if the guy likes his look which happens to be a long haired look and i am dating him? i would like it too! i wouldnt want him to change a thing about himself. that is the reason i would date him, for him, not because he happened to have short or long hair. if i met him when he had short hair and it grew long, he would still be the same exact person, just with long hair. by the way, i would wash it for him! it is stimulating! IF you have long hair even short hair, ask your girl to wash your hair! i bet you would never wash your own hair again! *try it!*

Really long hair is a great look for an man, I haven't had a hair cut in four years!!!

Appearance is a pesonal choice. Some will say it's great, some will say they don't like it.
I personally prefer a short style on men. In the business world long hair won't get a man too far.
Do what is best for you and what you feel comfortable with though.

It can look great on some guys. So long as they have the right kind of look to go with it AND the look after it!

In my opinion it is. I don't let my hair grow past my ears. Only a select few men can pull the really long hair look off; Robert Plant for example.
