No not every Nation is a part of the UN
but nations In the UN can become part of the WHO
and the World Health Organization dosen't help every country,
Only its Memeber nations. and they realy dont do much, but give advice. If your looking for a hand out for a country. Then your looking for the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. thats what We do.
