My 'Can I Have A Star?' question had 13 answers (last time I looked at it) and 15 stars, is it possible to give someone two (or more) stars?

No it is not possible. Your question has been starred by people who answered it and by people who only read it (and perhaps the answers too) but did not leave answers of their own. There is a facility to see who starred your question, so why not check it out?
