I am not sure what you mean. Adverbs modify verbs. The river flowed. Flowed is the verb.

The river flowed rapidly. Rapidly modifies or describes how the river flowed.

Are you talking about irregular verbs?

Assuming you mean verb + adverb, here goes.
Singing sweetly; Running fast; Driving carefully; Talking loudly;
Playing hard;Giving generously; Watching silently; Eating healthily; Firing rapidly. Hope these help.
