Ron Paul is not the only viable candidate for Republican, the way he talks is quite different than the way he votes. As for as Rudy, he is a male Hillary , the way he thinks. McCain, well he needs to ride off into the sunset and retire, he has shot himself in the foot so many times, he is totally untrust worthly. There however are a couple of other Candidates that is worth checking out. Not saying that I would vote for them but one is Tancredo from Colorado and Fred Thompson. I may change my mind before election day, but I will vote on the "right" side, period.

Here is how the Republican Candidate rank on viability... or the ability to go toe-to-toe with Hillary.

Guilianni's crossdressing will not be a problem for him, but his many marriages, questionable romances, and liberal positions will make conservatives uncomfortable.. Rank him barely viable.

Mitt Romney's greatest problem is his Mormon religion and overall he ranks well with conservatives. The more conservatives know about him the more they like him.. Rank him viable.

Fred Thompson is also viable.. a movie star with a good speaking ability... hey, he's more viable than Bush ever was...

McCann,,,, no, he's just too liberal.

Ron Paul,,, good conservative, but he looks and acts a bit too conservative.. he is ranked with the nut cases.. Unless he can convince America that he isn't crazy, his campaign will have an early demise. Not viable at this time.

I typically vote for republicans, and I don't even know anything about this Ron Paul, aside from his cult following on Y! Answers. It actually reeks way too much of Lyndon LaRouche's "campaigns", so said followers have just turned me off more to the possibility of ever considering Ron Paul for office.

hahahahaha.
There is nothing viable about Ron Paul. 1-3% of likely Republican voters may disagree with me but that ain't enough to change the facts.

For one, Ron Paul ought to grant up speaking approximately financial coverage, and issues that definitely count number that are exterior the heads of standard electorate, and easily throw around words like "usa of america the super, patriotism", and different empty sense-sturdy rhetoric like different politicians are doing. this could help him lots interior the polls. Ron Paul would additionally help his candidacy by ability of chickening out all previous opposition to the Federal Reserve, mindless and wasteful imperialism, the conflict on drugs, the Patriot Act, and an excellent kind of alternative government perversities. If he did this, he could benefit lots greater help, and he could finally grow to be "electable" interior the eyes of the media.

I would definitely vote for Ron Paul but it'd depend on his running mate. I'm really leaning towards a Ron Paul/John McCain ticket. Mainly because of his extreme ideas i.e. erasing the CIA.

There aren't any real Conservatives in the Republican party except for Ron Paul, John McCain and somewhat of Mitt Romney.

I do support Pres. Bush, however there needs to be a change and Rudy Giuliani has similar ideologies with Pres. Bush. That's why I wouldn't vote for him.
