Also does Lead (Pb) need a roman numberal with it's name or not?

The Roman numerals refer to the oxidation state

Iron (II) means Fe+2
Iron (III) means Fe+3
2Fe+3 + 3CO3-2 --> Fe2(CO3)3 Iron (III) carbonate

Pb doesn't need to be identified by Pb (II) because it is always Pb+2 in its compounds.
