The time where there was simplicity, innocence and peace. So I guess it would be very very long ago...

We tend to look at the past through rose tinted glasses...EVERY period has it's positives & negatives & I am quite content just being in the present.

Having said that, I grew up through the '50's & '60's & can say as kids & teenagers it was a time of incredible freedom & relative safety .

Not so sure our parents felt quite the same because they were still rebuilding lives after years lost to war !

If mankind could put aside politics , greed , injustice etc the technological advances of today could give EVERYONE a far better life today than at any time in the past ! Peace !
