why does an answerer post a video in his answer if the question is about a video?
And,
Why does he/she post a poem in his answer when the question is about one?
Why does he/she talk to another answerer 3ala 7es the question?
i think the answer should be for the question only and for myself i can't post a video - for example - in my answer to a question that contains a video ashan ma3'ateesh 3alih..!!!
maybe am wrong but i wanted to post my feeling.

One of the main objectives of Yahoo! Answers, is to share knowledge and give answers that are useful or satisfies the questioner.
For that reason your point of view regarding the 3 points is correct and I agree with you.
However, I just have one comment about the style of answer:
In general we should not answer with a poem or video, just because the question was like that, but if there is a poem or a video clip that contains an answer , then it worth to participate.

Well, I think it's not a big deal, It's Yahoo answers not a forum.
The answerers shouldn't all be answering the same way.
The idea of "YA" is "what do people think about certain issue".
So some answerers think that their video or poem is useful and represents what they think about the subject you are talking about.
And that's why at the end of the 3 days you pick a best answer.

well i agree with what you are insinuating, and i had the same thoughts regarding addressing certain answerers in a question, something i personally do, about the video, maybe the video in question reminded the answerer of another video he wanted to share, or that runs around the same idea :)

may be you are right dear............. but just let things be simple and easy.
i mean, if people enjoy what they are doing or like you say "3ala 7es" the question.......... so, let them enjoy their time and you also share fun with them !!

i can explain the third one...because an answerer can comment on another answerer and it's not a chat room so the only way i can say it is by adding it to my answer to the question..i do that all the time......
