Best Answer for the longest list of 80s bands. I love the music from that decade but I don't know a lot of the band names. Can anyone help me out?

Good lists but nobody's mentioned Rick Springfield. No list of 80's music is complete without Rick Springfield.

Also Little River Band, Prince and the Revolution, Toto, Human League, Big Country, Tears For Fears, Eddie Money, Scandal, Corey Hart, John Waite, Men Without Hats, Foreigner, Twisted Sister, The Power Station, Arcadia, Robert Palmer, AC/DC.... I'm starting to repeat answers, so I'll quit there.
