how can i get auditions in hollywood?

im going to los angeles hollywood, whatever, and i want to get an audition maybe im good at that but i dont know where or when to go... many people tell me to get a manager but how? im very stressed because i need to get into an audition... in what specific place can i go and audition? i love to sing and to act because its fun to do..... please help me!

Open auditions are very rare. They are often referred to as "cattle calls", because when they have one, everyone shows up. Instead, producers prefer to go through agents. When they need a particular "type" (e.g. a blonde surfer type, a Hells Angels type, a grandmother type), they call up a few agents they trust and tell them what they're looking for. The agents go through their clients and decide who best fits what the producers are looking for, then send those clients over to audition. That way, instead of wading through a zillion amateur wannabes at a cattle call, the producers only have to deal with a handful of professional actors who have been pre-screened by the agents.

So, the bottom line is, if you want to get an audition, get an agent.

And be careful, there are a lot of scam artists out there pretending to be agents who just want to charge you fees (or get into your pants). A real agent never charges you anything up front. He just gets 10% of what you earn as an actress AFTER you earn it. If someone asks you for money up front, run like hell.
