Okay, they are all simply referred to as actors. Nobody in the industry accept the uninitiated call female actors "actresses" anymore, not for years now.
"Do actresses and actors still go to achool if their teens?"
They are still schooled in some manner. It can be on the set if it is during school season. Once the filming of your part is wrapped for a movie, then you would attend public, private, or homeschooling when school is in session for other kids. Kid actors who are cast members on TV shows are tutored on the set when filming during school season. The same for those in plays.
"What do i have to do to get a better chance to get the part i want in a movie when im in an audition?"
Find out who will be present for the audition, who you are auditioning for. Try to find out what they look for beyond a good reading. Some like it if you dress to character, others don't. Some like a bold presence, others not. Etc. Remember that you are not just audition for the part but for a person or people as well, so you want to bring something of yourself to the part and the person you are auditioning for.
Also, if you feel it is appropriate, then before reading ask if there is a certain way they would like it read or if there is something in particular they are looking for from the character.
"When auditioning for a movie are there lines to memorize? Or do you get to have the line in front of you? Is it hard?"
Sometimes they'll have you read a scene cold (cold reading), sometimes they'll give you a scene to learn before your audition, sometimes they'll ask you to just do something of your own liking. It depends on who you are auditioning for and what they are looking for in the actor. And it depends on your skill whether it is hard or not.
"If i live in Florida will i ever be able to audition in california?"
Sure, if you ever get out to California or they send you there to audition.
"When or do i need to egt an agent?"
When you are serious about making acting a career. You should also join SAG (Screen Actors Guild).
"Are agents free?"
No. They usually cost money. Usually they'll just take a percentage of any job you get (roughly 15%), but you will have to pay for other expenses incurred along the way (portfolio, travel, etc.).
"What are the steps on being a known actress?"
Be prepared to be an extra and a character actor instead of a star. And if you are willing to take the small parts at any opportunity, then you make yourself familiar to people in the industry which could lead to a big break.
Remember the saying, "There are no small parts, only small actors".

No most actors or actresses unless they arent very big or their parents wont allow it do homeschooling.
i dont know about the lines thing sorry.
you probly will just get a plane ticket or there are some movies that hold auditions around the country just be sure to look them up.
probly want to get an agent now, and yes if you have an agent you will get many more auditionds to do wich will in the long run improve your skills.
No, unless they are super super nice agents most of them arent free.
1) audtion a ton even if you dont want the part so that you can get used to it and you will know what people might look for in you.
2) get a presence. most people who are looking for an actress will know if the person is it immediatly bc they have a certain AIR around them, the people who awe you when they show up.
3) keep trying!!!!!!

Well, they have on-set tutors.
Act REALLY good. Practice those fake tears.
Mostly you will have to memorize lines, don't be down...it is not hard to remember simple lines. And in movies, you can do it over and over again till you get it right.
Yes, most ppl have to move.
Soon I guess. Before you audition.
N-O, no. Agents are NOT free, I'm guessing they are expensive.
Try out for MANY movies, you will soon be know.
Start out little. (Example: One of those ppl in the background of a TV show, it does require acting. But if you do laugh or make a funny face they probably don't let you do it again and you get fired.)
Look great when you go to movie premieres or look bad. Whatever you wear you WILL be put in mags.
Hey don't get mad at me if this doesn't work because it is coming from your average 11-year-old. Hee :)

well of course you go to school, everyone has to. but not everyone goes to college. so basically if you're in a movie, you would have to be homeschooled. i have auditioned for the disney show "cory in the house" and i made it but at the moment it would be hard for my family because i would have to move to be with the set. and it would cost ALOT for me to go there. so right now im taking alot of acting and vocal classes so i can audition for broadway in the summer. so my advice to you is take alot of acting classes before you audition. it helps you learn how you need to prepare. when you audition, they give you a paper to read off of. once you audition, and you're good, they'll tell you about hiring an agent. and from there on you need to get homeschooled and be free whenever they need you because the acting career will take up alot of your life. k good luck!

Yes, they have tutors if their schooling is interupted by work.
You have to be better than everyone else in looks and talent.
Ususally you have a script in front of you. It is easy if u no how.
When you move to CA you can audition there.
You need to get an agent when you are ready for one.
They are free, but they are hard to get.
(I am getting tired of typing this-1. get mom's ok, 2. be in all the school plays, 3 get a mentor 4 take professional classes.5 prepare a resume and get a headshot and cover letter. 6. submitt to agents, get represented , get small roles, get bigger roles,
I mentor aspriring actor for free. read my profile and contact me at my aol address
