It is the abusers that have made it a priority. It wouldn't need to be a priority if people would just stop abusing women! The massive number of broken & bruised women that show up to hospitals, police stations, shelters etc has made it a priority... its not feminists at all.

Certainly. A man gets thrown in jail on an accusation alone. What more do feminists want?

Meanwhile an abused man gets laughed at.

women have rights very equal to men's rights. they can divorce, work, own property, etc. nowadays they are no longer dependant on men to live their lives and can perfectly manage on their own. strict action is still taken against abusers/harassers of women and children. there are still zero toleracne policies regarding this issue which is a very good thing so sick men cant take adavantage of women. if they choose to do anything, they will face punishment by law. i hope this answered ur question! =D

e.g.
VAWA - totally ignores children & men... you know, the other people who have violence committed against them.

The short of it is, feminism has made it 'seem' that only women are victims of violence... we see ads & posters all over showing victimized women, the only time we see guys on the receiving end of abuse, is when it's allegedly 'funny'.

No, I don't think so. There have been changes, but I don't think it is adequate.
